Refund and Return Policy

At Jinks Kunst, we place great importance on the satisfaction of our collectors and customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (undamaged, unmarked).

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging offering identical protection (tube for posters, reinforced protection for original works).

You must provide proof of purchase or an invoice.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Customized or made-to-order artworks: Any artwork created specifically for you (custom mural, commissioned portrait, etc.) is non-refundable.

Highly personalized goods: Items produced based on individual choices or customer specifications.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once the return is approved, send the package to the address provided to you.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part during shipping.

5. Shipping Damage

If you receive an artwork that has been damaged during shipping:

Immediately take photos of the package and the damaged item.

We will arrange either a replacement (if possible) or a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Refunds

Once the item has been returned and inspected:

We will send you an email to confirm receipt.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
