This artistic journey across China will kick off amidst the futuristic landscapes of Chongqing from September 25 to 27. It marks the very first leg of the tour a spectacular prelude before the journey continues to Zhuzhou.
Chongqing is a mountain city defined by dizzying, complex topography a multi-layered, mist-shrouded "cyberpunk" metropolis brought to life by the confluence of the mighty Yangtze and Jialing rivers. It is a place unlike any other, where concrete, soaring skyscrapers, colossal bridges, labyrinthine staircases, and neon reflections intertwine in a futuristic rhythm that is uniquely its own.
From the dreamlike chaos of Hongyadong to the raw energy of its working-class neighborhoods, the city pulses with life from every angle. Add to this the creative dynamism of the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, the deep roots of ancient Bayu culture, and a constant buzz of exhibitions and gatherings, and you have the perfect playground for inspiration, ambitious projects, and international exchange.
The festival’s artistic heart will beat most strongly along the famous Huangjueping Graffiti Street in the Jiulongpo District. Renowned as one of the world’s largest street art sites, this iconic location stretches 1.25 kilometers and showcases some 50,000 square meters of painted urban surfaces. Far more than just a backdrop, Huangjueping is a living, open-air masterpiece, ready to embrace the color and raw energy of "Meeting of Styles" for a chapter that promises to be truly monumental.

Alors que le Meeting of Styles (MOS) continue de tracer sa route en Chine, étendre le festival à plusieurs villes s’impose comme une évidence. Dans ce pays immense, la scène graffiti bouillonne et se réinvente constamment sous l'impulsion d'une nouvelle génération d'artistes ultra-créatifs. Du 1 et 7 octobre, c'est à Zhuzhou que l'aventure reprend ses droits pour un rendez-vous qui s'annonce déjà mémorable.
Surnommée la ville « née du train », Zhuzhou possède une histoire qui résonne à travers son architecture. Son paysage industriel offre l'une des toiles de fond les plus brutes, texturées et singulières du street art en Chine. Ici, les murs d'usines patinés par les années, les friches à perte de vue, les châteaux d'eau massifs et les cheminées géantes forment un terrain de jeu unique où le passé ouvrier rencontre l'art contemporain.
C'est précisément là que réside l'ADN du Meeting of Styles : insuffler une énergie nouvelle à des vestiges oubliés. Métamorphoser des machines rouillées et des usines désaffectées par la couleur et l'imagination est une vision partagée par la ville et le festival, unis par la conviction que la créativité peut faire renaître n'importe quel espace.
Ce lien ne date pas d'hier. En 2016, Zhuzhou avait déjà marqué les esprits en rassemblant plus de 200 graffeurs venus d'une douzaine de pays. En à peine trois jours, ce complexe industriel s'était transformé en une galerie d'art monumentale et vivante. Une décennie plus tard, en 2026, l'histoire se répète. Des artistes du monde entier reprennent d'assaut ces murs mythiques pour y écrire un nouveau chapitre visuel.
